What is hot-cold contrast therapy?

A thermotherapy tradition that has been practiced for thousands of years in Nordic countries. The traditional protocol is:
(a) 10-15 mins in the sauna (70-100 deg C or 160-212 deg F)
(b) 1-3 minutes in the cold plunge
(c) Rest and repeat as many times as you like (typically one hour)

How big is the sauna?

The sauna is 9ft wide x 9ft tall x 17ft long. We'll deliver it to wherever you like as long as there is enough space and access to the location.

Do I have to assemble anything?

Accepted Answer

No. The sauna will be delivered to you and set up ready for use.

Question 4

Can I pickup the sauna myself?

Accepted Answer

No, unfortunately not. For insurance reasons, we need to deliver and setup the mobile sauna.

Question 5

When can I expect it to be delivered? And do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

You don't have to be home when we deliver. As long as we know where you want it, we'll deliver it and set it up at the location. We'll aim to deliver it before 6pm on the day of your booking. Feel free to contact us with any particular delivery requests.

Question 6

Is the cold plunge included?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's included in the price and will be delivered along with the sauna. It will arrive empty, we'll unload it and set it beside the sauna or in a predetermined location of your choice.
