Shipping Policy & Fees
All shipping errors or shortages must be reported within 14 days of the shipping date.
Fulfillment options:

Pickup yourself (free)

Local delivery: we will deliver your products to you and unload them from the truck (+$500)

Have products shipped to your home - customer is responsible for unloading products from the delivery truck

NOTE: a flat rate shipping fee of $55 will be charged for Accessory only orders and a flat rate shipping fee of $110 will be charged for Heaters purchased on their own.
Responsibilities when shipping to a customer's home:
(a) Sauna Cycle Company shipping responsibilities:

Building and packing your products in a shipping crate

Shipping the product
(b) Shipping company responsibilities:
-
Making an appointment to deliver your products to you

Delivering your products to the end of your driveway or curbside

The trucking company is not responsible for unloading the truck
-
If the crate is less than 92” (7 feet), the trucking company may have a lift gate on the back of the truck which can be used to assist getting the sauna off the truck.

If the crate is more than 92”, there will not be a lift gate to unload the sauna crate and the customer needs to decide how they are going to get the crate off the truck.
(c) Customer responsibilities

Returning phone calls to the trucking company to arrange delivery

Unloading the products from the truck

Crates will vary from 6 feet long to 14 feet long

The crate’s weight will vary from 300 pounds to 1600 pounds, depending on the size of your products

Take pictures of the damage - note the damage on the shipper’s bill of landing – “Crate arrived damaged”
*Shipping costs are quoted at checkout on a custom basis for most destinations in North America. We reserve the right to charge fees to cover actual shipping costs. In the event shipping costs exceed the actual fees charged upon checkout, the purchaser will be notified before the product ships. If the extra shipping fees are not agreed to by the customer, then the order may be cancelled and all funds returned to the purchaser.*
